Included in the price:
Bedclothes: changed free of charge if you are staying more than one week; towels are changed weekly on Wednesdays. We would also be more than happy to provide you with fresh towels every day, for which there is a charge of € 0.60 per towel. Sauna, steam bath: are available for you to use every day free of charge, with towels included. Internet: We invite you to use our Surf Station located in the "Gerlos Pearl" lounge. There is also a wireless access point in your apartment, allowing you to surf the Net within the comfort of your own four walls. Ski bus: Free, stops right in front of the house. Just a 3-minute drive to the gondola lift, with service also available to the Fürstalm and Fussalm.
Check-In: Your apartment is available for check-in after 2pm.
Check-out: We ask that you vacate your apartment by 10am of departure day.
When placing your reservation we ask that you make a deposit of 50% from the total amount.

Cancelation Fees: Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations will apply. More than 1 month prior to arrival, no cancelation penalties will apply. Between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival, you will be billed a 3-day empty-bed charge (= 50% of the standard price). In the event of cancelations within 1 week of arrival, or should you leave prematurely, we will bill an empty-bed charge for the full duration of the booked stay.
Method of Payment: We do not accept credit cards, so we strongly recommend either paying in cash or using your EC bank card.
Service
We offer room and breakfast-roll delivery service. Towels are changed once weekly and, upon request, we would be more than happy to stock your refrigerator for your first breakfast prior to your arrival.
