Clouds floating across the sky, flowers blooming in the field, mountains greeting you from far away, animals bounding through the forest, birds singing in the trees, gentle evening breezes - this my "Heimat", the beautiful place I call home!

Fish snapping at flies, frogs croaking during dusk, pubs where I can relax amongst friends, pathways where I discover tranquility, shrubs swaying in the wind, geese resting on the riverbank, words that are still replete with meaning, churches where bells ring out.  My "Heimat" - you are so beautiful!  Gerlos, I long to see you once more.
